Get me out of here!

Cool, I have a blog. What is this world coming to?

Some say that it's harder to get out of West Point than it is to get into West Point. While that's really not true, it sure feels that way now. The whole thing has been a pain in the rear, but the end is near (hey, that rhymed). I only have to see the people at the bank tomorrow, then wait on final approval from the Superintendent, LTG Hagenbeck. I am starting to get sick of people asking, “why are you still here?”.

I am now starting to get anxious to get on with this experience. There has been as lot leading up to this point, and I'm ready to start another chapter in the story of my life. I do truly believe this experience will help me become a better leader with a more sound moral/ethical base. I have been told by several people (and do believe) that the best leaders are those who have a solid moral/ethical grasp on life.
